Warranty Details
Endur Electronics guarantees the reliability and quality of our EMP-hardened lithium batteries with a 10-year limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use during the warranty period. We will repair or replace any defective product at no charge.
Please note that this warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Improper installation or maintenance.
- Use of the product outside its intended purpose.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns Overview
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.
Order Shipment:
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@ecogridsupply.com.
No Shipping outside the USA.
Shipping Options:
Expect your order to arrive in 5 to 7 days. We offer free shipping for orders over $200. For orders below $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.
Please note that we currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.
The majority of our orders are dispatched via third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). In case your order includes an item that requires freight shipping, we will contact you to schedule a curbside delivery. Ensure that your contact number is correct at checkout.
